Who operates this service

When you register or use the learning service, we may process your name, email address, phone number, selected grade, account credentials, course enrollments, and communications with us. We also process information needed to keep accounts secure, such as device/session identifiers and recent account activity.
If you enroll using a bank transfer, you may upload a payment receipt. If you use card checkout, card details are submitted directly to PayHere; Learn with MA does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. We receive payment/order status and related transaction references from the payment provider.
Course use may involve assignment files and submissions you choose to upload. Please do not submit information that is not needed for your studies.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide course access, process and reconcile enrollments and payments, review receipt-based payments, respond to support requests, administer assignments, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
We share only the information needed with service providers that help operate the service, including PayHere for hosted payments and providers used for hosting, email, or file storage.
